Sound Bowl Healing (Crystal and Tibetan)

Sound Bowl healing is used for many purposes, including stress reduction, pain relief, and relaxation. The vibrations of a singing bowl also “harmonize” the cells, and “balancing the body’s energy system.” Some Singing bowls can stimulate the immune system and produce beneficial changes in brain waves.

We offer 2 types of plans: Ayurveda and general meal plans. Along with offering Live Ultimate products.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a Sanskrit term that translates to “knowledge of life,” and the principles of this ancient wisdom remind us that the entire web of life is intricately interwoven. With a unique emphasis on total wellness, the art and science of Ayurveda work to harmonize our internal and external worlds

Leveraging these basic principles, Ayurveda customizes preventative wellness to the unique constitution of every individual. In addition, ancient Ayurvedic doctors produced detailed descriptions of acute and chronic conditions (complete with causes, signs, and symptoms), and developed extensive holistic treatment protocols. 

General Meal Plans

Through a complimentary consultation we will discuss your nutritional goals and challenges.  A 3-week nutrition plan will be put together based on what we have discussed and whether you are looking for a meat or plant-based diet.  For the 3 weeks, you have the option to send progress pictures, and have 2 touch point 30-minute conversations to talk about how you are feeling and doing with the plan.  After the 3 weeks we can discuss how and if you would like to move forward with further adjustments.
