Why is Ayurveda an Integral part of my life?

My experiences with Ayurveda began as a young teenager, with preparing my own face masks and face packs using kitchen ingredients to enhance my facial beauty under tutelage of my ever- radiating Grandmother. The seed to a beautiful self was natural around my grandmother who practiced Ayurveda from all her heart and prepared tonics and lotions for me.
At the age of 15, with my innate interest and hunger for more, I joined an Ayurvedic Treatment center as a volunteer, and it was there that I witnessed wonderful improvements to mind and body alike. I gave my services to the sick and elderly at the center till I completed my Engineering degree and moved out of my hometown for a job. Cities changed but my passion for Ayurveda grew stronger and so much that no matter what part of world I am in, I find a therapy center around to help the ailing. After witnessing numerous miracles and life-changing experiences through Ayurveda, it is humbling to look back and think of the positively invested years, enriching me and my companions on this healing journey. I am excited to work with you on your healing with Ayurveda!
